  • What dates are available?
    You can contact our office to find out if a date is available. Please contact us at (501)410-5364.
  • What are the operating hours of the building?
    Office Hours: Someone will be available to answer or return your calls during this time frame. If no one is available please leave a message on our voicemail. We will graciously return your call. By Appointment Only Building Hours: We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs and offer flexibility in event timings whenever possible. However, this may depend on the availability of the venue and any other events scheduled for that day. Our team will work with you to find the best timing for your event.
  • What is the rental fee and what does it include?
    The rental fee varies on the type of event you have and what day of the week you hold your event. The rental fee includes the rental of the venue, tables, chairs, WiFi, Kitchenette, Two Bathrooms, & more.
  • Will the site be shared with another wedding group?
    The venue will be reserved for only one wedding group per day.
  • What’s the maximum number of guests the site can handle?
    Our venue can accommodate up to 65 guests, depending on the setup and layout of the event.
  • Are there adequate kitchen facilities?
    Yes, we have a prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink and countertops.
  • Can I choose my own caterer?
    We believe in giving you the freedom to select all your own vendors, if that is convenient for you. We do have a list of preferred vendors available, but you are not limited to those vendors.
  • Does TONA Event Space provide house staff before and during the event?
    TONA Event Space provides basic clean-up of the venue prior to the event.
  • How do I reserve TONA Event Space for my event?
    To secure your date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract. 30 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is required.
  • How do I schedule a site visit?
    It would be a pleasure to give you a tour of our venue. Just give us a call and we will set up a time and date that is convenient for you. Please contact us at 501-401-5364.
  • Who is responsible for any of the cleaning?
    Once your event has concluded, you will need to have the venue back in the same condition as when you arrived.
  • Is there internet or Wi-Fi provided on-site?
    Yes, there is Wi-Fi on site.
  • What are the basic tech and AV capabilities in each event space?
    TONA Event Space is equipped with Wi-fi & Bluetooth speakers.
  • Are candles or other open flames allowed?
    Candles are strictly prohibited at TONA Event Space. Open flames are prohibited.
  • Do you allow smoking?
    There is a strict no smoking policy inside TONA Event Space.
  • Cancellations
    If you cancel your event, your deposit WILL NOT be returned. You are welcome to choose another date if available but will be charged a fee to do so. TONA Event Space is understanding when dealing with unforeseen circumstances and will use its judgment and manage each case as we see fit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may not cancel over the phone or via voicemail.
